On Wednesday 10 of the current meeting of representatives of state RESISSTENCIA MOVEMENT in San Quintin, Baja California and having thoroughly discussed the various problems that plague us as a guild and in particular the effects and consequences of accepting the "Alliance for Quality Education" in collusion marked by Elba Esther and Calderon, reached the following conclusions:



a) The Alliance for Educational Quality does not solve the educational problems of the country.

b) The Alliance for Quality Education is only a means to strengthen cupulares agreements between government and business.

c) The Alliance for Quality Education is designed to direct the privatization of education in our country.

d) The Alliance for Quality Education is designed for the teacher to become maquiladora cheap labor for greedy Mexican and foreign businessmen.

e) The Alliance for Quality Education seeks job insecurity of workers of education by proposing the competitive examination and certification and annual procurement to end all forms of employment benefits.

f) If the new ISSSTE law threatens our retirement with The Alliance for Quality Education is an attack against our space, our work, our pay and the future of our children.

g) The Alliance for Quality Education MUST be aborted as it is: A self Engendros of his parents, both illegitimate and unpatriotic.

h) ALL EMPLOYEES OF EDUCATION OPEN AND STRONGLY WE FIGHT AGAINST THIS AGREEMENT IS INTENDED TO LAST THAT OUR PEOPLE BACK TO DELAY and illiteracy.



GENERAL AGREEMENTS:



1 - Mobilization to protest the Alliance for Quality Education on September 16 in Mexicali at 8 am



2 - Meeting with parents municipal September 19 , adjust the schedule to each region.



3 - Mobilization to protest the Alliance for Quality Education for parents in each municipality on September 23, adjusting the schedule for each region.
